***Covid-19 Shipping Policy Update ***

We want to provide an update regarding information related to the supply chain impact across the country.

Most guaranteed services are still suspended by the shipping carriers including UPS and Fed Ex to protect them from service delay costs. If you have time-sensitive orders, please note your online orders as "Time Sensitive" or email contact@kc-store-fixtures.com your request. We will do our best to match your requirements to a carrier that will achieve what you need.

Carriers have asked us to relay the following information:

  • Please verify if destinations are “shelter-in-place” areas prior to shipping to ensure that they still intend to receive the product. Rejections can no longer be stored at terminals and will be charged for the freight to be returned.
  • Any residential shipments will be marked as “no signature required” to reduce contact.
  • Most inside delivery services have stopped, but freight can be dropped at the door.

In light of these conditions, KC Store Fixtures will ship your orders as requested. Based on placing your order with us, we expect that you have verified your ability to receive your shipment at the shipping address supplied. If that changes, please let us know immediately. On a case by case basis, we may still proactively contact you to verify your ability to accept the shipment. Please make sure your contact information is accurate and current.
