If I had an account on your old site, can I use it on the new one?
Yes! You can log in using the same account email address after you reset your password.

Do you have a minimum order?
No, we do not have a minimum order requirement. Order 1 or 1,000 and we will ship it to you.

Do slatwall, gridwall and pegboard panels include hardware?
No. There are several ways to attach slatwall, gridwall and pegboard panels. Hardware needs vary depending on the use and location of the panel installation.

I noticed a Tariff listed on my invoice. What is that?
The charge is a result of the U.S. government imposed tariff on China implemented in 2018.

Do you have a showroom where I can see the merchandise?
Yes, our showroom is located at 7400 E. 12th St, Kansas City, M0 64126. Inside our showroom you will be able to view merchandise and place orders for pick up. Our showroom is open from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. The showroom is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders from local, state and federal government agencies. Purchase orders from other organizations will need to be reviewed prior to approval. Please call for instructions on how to submit your purchase order.

If I place an order with your company, when should I expect to receive it?
If you place your order Monday through Friday by 2:00pm CST, and it is in stock, your order will ship the same day. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship on Monday. *This excludes holidays*. In the event that your order is placed and the next business day falls on a holiday, we will ship out the order on the next business day after the observed holiday. If there is a backorder or payment has not been established, the order cannot ship. International shipments require additional time to process.

I do not have a loading dock to receive Truck Freight shipments. What should I do?
Please call and we will give you the delivery options and the additional cost.

Why does FedEx charge more for residential deliveries?
FedEx applies a residential delivery charge to shipments to a home or private residence, including locations where a business is operated from a home, or to any shipment for which the shipper has designated the delivery address as a residence
